update

so instead of 9:00 p.m., I got a call at 10:20 p.m. -- instead of the interpreter, from Olga, the coordinator.  Surprise, surprise, they found the missing documents, and they promised to translate everything, notarize and take to the Ministry.  Allegedly, everything is back on track -- although it's unclear what the track is.  I guess we wait.
