The Final Details

I guess I am ready to go.  I have my visa, my plane ticket, my hotel reservation -- allegedly all my paperwork is in order.  My mom has her visa and her plane ticket.
I understand that another single mom from my agency has her court date on the same date as I do, and we are arriving in Moscow (albeit on different flights from the US) roughly around the same time.  So the plan is, that I am supposed to find this lady at the airport in Moscow, and then wait for Ilya from my agency (who is "going to be a little late") to pick us up.  Apparently Murat, our driver from the previous trip is now out of the loop.  So if Ilya meets up with us, then we'll head over to the other terminal where my mother's flight will hopefully arrive, and then we can all head to the hotel.  Sounds good, right?  No real plans for the possibility if my flight is significantly delayed or something along those lines.  I am a little concerned .... my phone doesn't work in Europe (don't even ask -- the people in my office were simply unwilling to help me with that) -- so there is no way to get hold of me.  Let's hope it all goes well.
After that, the plans are a little murky.  Depending on what time we get all organized on Tuesday, it would be nice to get out and do something in the city.  Wednesday (at an unknown time) -- we'll get to go to the orphanage and spend the day there -- last time that meant a couple of hours with her.  Maybe Wednesday afternoon there'll be time to do some more sightseeing.  Wednesday afternoon I am also supposed to meet with Olga who will help me prepare for the court hearing.  Thursday morning is court -- and after that I guess I am free to do what I want -- more sightseeing? , and Friday, heading back home.
Sounds good, right?  -- let's hope it all works this way.
